Essential Qualifications Programming/development experience with UiPath, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Python, SQL, and Jira, with a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. 4+ years of experience in creating automation solutions with programming experience, or mechanical process automation, including design, coding, testing, and documentation of solutions, with a proven track record of delivering successful automation projects. Experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering, with a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify areas for automation and optimization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to grasp the technical implications of business decisions and requests, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions. Ability to be adaptable and flexible working in a fast-paced, fluid environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solid verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively cross-functionally, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
