Experienced Auto Claims Adjuster
We are seeking an experience Auto Claims Adjuster with a proven track record of independently handling bodily injury and property damage claims. This role requires in-depth knowledge of state regulations, policy interpretation, and negotiation strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto claims efficiently. • Handle settlement negotiations with claimants, attorneys, and medical providers. • Ensure compliance with state guidelines and company policies. • Accurately document claim activity in the claims system. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 2–3 years of direct Auto Claims Adjusting experience (applications without this will not be considered). • Strong knowledge of auto liability, coverage analysis, and claims investigation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: • Multi-state claims handling experience. • Prior litigation and/or bodily injury claims experience. • Adjuster’s license (if applicable by state).
