Job Summary We're seeking an Experienced Associate Sales Analytics Consultant to join our team in Delaware, USA. As a key member of our sales analytics team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by analyzing internal and external travel data to build actionable insights for our Business Account Managers, Customer Success Consultants, and Corporate Travel Managers. Key Responsibilities Deliver customer insights and opportunities through internal and customer data analysis, leveraging account manager insights throughout the sales cycle to achieve sales targets. Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers and the Customer Success Team to provide sales-driving account strategies, tactics, agreement proposals, and effective presentations. Actively participate in customer meetings to identify and listen to customer needs, present agreement proposals, and collaborate on opportunities and targets. Transform raw data into easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings to identify opportunities and ensure performance, sharing them with Senior Leaders, sales team partners, customers, and others. Utilize technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, etc.) and business acumen to provide solutions to business requests and proactively identify new opportunities. Provide research and analysis of trends, and develop new processes, tools, and reports to support expanded sales from corporate accounts and increased efficiency in the sales cycle. Communicate effectively with customers, delivering insights, opportunities, QBRs, and RFPs. Develop tailored reports to meet business requirements and provide financial analysis to support corporate sales operational and customer activities. Engage in the development, maintenance, and quality control of data sets through conversations with internal and external partners. Utilize appropriate data management strategies, including privacy requirements. Perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED. Intermediate-stage experience, professional and specialized expertise in sales analysis and the transportation industry. Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and develop a clear action plan. Experience working with large datasets and independently translating raw data into actionable insights. Strong influencing skills to drive change with stakeholders. Knowledge of mathematics, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, economics, and their applications. Understanding of the principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including relative costs and benefits. Familiarity with the concepts and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services throughout the sales process. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Advanced use of Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in SQL to manage data and draw insights from large datasets. Experience with data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
