Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing designing services and support to ensure the functional sustainability of the critical infrastructure that supports arenaflex's applications, clients, partners, and vendor accessibility and security. As an Organization Security Partner - IT Data Security, you will work closely with our IT InfoSec Organization Security Group to deliver exceptional support and maintain the integrity and service continuity of our enterprise data and applications. Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for inside, partner, merchant, and outer network to arenaflex applications across multiple critical data center foundations Deliver IT support for firewall hardware and software maintenance, including site implementations, inventories, system planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in data center critical infrastructure Support enterprise remote access clients to align our client edge security technology with and client-organized specialist on workstations Collaborate with arenaflex's business divisions through consultation services responsible for firewall policies and access control guidance Ensure functional availability for potential emergencies and support of critical facilities and infrastructure components for Organization Security Support the IT Data Security Division to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the enterprise data and applications Suggest and implement departmental policy, guidelines, standards, and procedures Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations Project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital upgrades, renovations, and improvements Ensure accurate documentation, obtain the best product and service prices, and ensure that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols Experience managing and maintaining server infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to the managed security appliance and its integration with other systems Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing security logs and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with end-users, understand their needs, and provide adequate support Ability to collaborate with vendors and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies Flexibility to support an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and on-call emergency requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Consistent focus on safety and security of self, others, and personal data Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the private industry Advanced degree in a relevant field Certifications in IT data security, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP Experience with cloud computing and security principles Knowledge of industry-leading security technologies and solutions Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
