Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting customer success and resolving moderately complex inquiries or issues from customers regarding financial products and services. You will utilize a variety of communication channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication, to provide a best-in-class customer experience. As an Associate Customer Success Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working closely with experienced representatives to deliver exceptional service and drive business results. Key Responsibilities Support customer success and seek ways to improve customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and effective communication Perform routine tasks, such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience, while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations Regularly receive direction from management, escalate questions, and refer more difficult issues to staff for resolution Conduct research to resolve moderately complex customer issues, including communicating with other departments for issue resolution Interact with experienced representatives on difficult issues, providing coaching and guidance to new hires and less experienced staff Respond to inquiries and issues from customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Strong customer service skills, with the ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend, and resolve complex customer issues Capability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members, and management Beginner Microsoft Office skills and knowledge to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous: Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy skills Experience working in a call center environment, with the ability to quickly learn business operations and processes Skills to interact with customers, team members, and management with integrity and a high level of professionalism Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
