Key Responsibilities Provide first-level issue troubleshooting via phone for all hardware and software supported by the Technologies framework. Offer goal-oriented solutions to issues that can be resolved via telephone, and escalate complex issues to certified help experts when necessary. Conduct issue assurance for various Technology areas, including Voice, WAN, LAN, PC, Printer, Password Resets, and Spot Matrix printers. Collaborate with internal and external help teams and third-party sellers to identify and address core issues. Replicate or reproduce client issues to determine working challenges and provide timely communication to Level 2 support or other management personnel. Maintain daily awareness of outages and issues framework-wide and escalate incidents to acceleration teams to ensure client goal. Demonstrate commitment to and compliance with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and practices. Work beyond 40 hours as needed and when authorized. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A technical degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of Help Desk and/or client support experience. 2+ years of troubleshooting experience with service desk environments. Knowledge or experience with internal server/mainframe applications, such as Sabre, QIK, IBM/TSO/TPX, and Staff. Strong relational, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have: Apple certification (Apple Genius). A+ Certificate.
