Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and professional service via phone and email Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, and other insurance-related documents Verify critical information for file documentation, including premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and forms Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues Data entry in various platforms, including Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, and Agency Management Systems (IMS) Collaborate with producers and underwriters to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and other stakeholders Essential Qualifications At least 2-3 years of office experience in commercial lines insurance Active Property & Casualty license Strong understanding of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, and Agency Management Systems (IMS) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of insurance industry trends and developments Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
