What You'll Do As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues. Going above and beyond to wow our customers with exceptional service and support. Providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate, your success will be driven by your ability to: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, every time. What You'll Need To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to multi-task and think critically. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Knowledge of pet care and wellness services. Experience working in a remote environment.
