Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues. * Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by engaging with them, thinking critically, and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
