Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Center Director in achieving our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the administration of student assessments and the development of personalized learning plans
Assisting with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling new students
Providing exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with families and communicating student progress
Leading and coaching team members to deliver high-quality, individualized instruction in a group setting
Managing student learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Mentoring and supporting employee development through on-the-job training and feedback
Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
Becoming proficient in digital educational materials and processes
Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
A passion for math and working with students of all ages and skill levels
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Eagerness to learn and be trained in our proprietary methods and materials
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
