**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled AR/AP Bookkeeping Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Clarkston, MI. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the organization of client files, managing login information, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain a positive image, and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

As an AR/AP Bookkeeping Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

* Maintaining the organization of client files, including login information and out-of-office responders
* Date stamping and organizing mail, preparing checks for deposit, and entering data into Excel spreadsheets
* Organizing and filing paperwork, matching checks to bills, and sending email reminders
* Updating distribution lists and scanning documents into the computer using Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the office and providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests
* Entering AR/AP data for clients using QuickBooks Online, Desktop, or Bill.com
* Utilizing multiple monitors to streamline data entry and improve productivity

**Qualifications and Skills**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant, Office Assistant, or Receptionist
* Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience is a plus and will help advance your career quickly
* Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable is a plus
* Strong social skills, attention to detail, and excellent spelling and grammar skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a positive image
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies

**Physical Setting and Schedule**

**Education and Experience**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant, Office Assistant, or Receptionist. Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience is a plus, and experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable is also a plus.
