Key Responsibilities Lead a direct staff of Team Managers and individual contributors to achieve sales and customer experience goals Work cross-functionally with Retail Contact Center management, global partners, and internal stakeholders on initiatives to improve aspects of the business Collaborate with Vendor Management, Merchants, and Training teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively Drive operational improvements, identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, share best practices, and pursue action on progress opportunities Execute on leadership and administrative tasks such as holding staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-one's, talent development, performance management, and defining goals and expectations for direct staff Drive understanding of staff and expert needs based on employee feedback and identify potential ways to improve employee satisfaction Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer care/support environment Minimum 2 years of direct people and organizational leadership experience Experience in driving, training, promoting, developing managers or leaders is essential Knowledge of ACD reports, Workforce Management, and other key disciplines associated with managing a large-scale call center Experience with co-business liked and ability to quickly understand customer impact of issues and identify potential solutions Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong thinking abilities and savvy instinct Experience establishing and documenting advanced efficiencies in workflow and system processes Ability to clearly define objectives, communicate vision for the team, and then deliver results consistent with that message Experience with SAP, spreadsheet management, and Featured discussion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid work ethic with a high level of flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of success Advanced degree or certification in a related field, such as business administration or marketing Experience with Apple products and technology, as well as a passion for innovation and customer experience Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Apple, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
