Job Overview This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role, with the average quantity of scheduled hours generally consisting of 40 hours per week. However, there may be times when you're required to work extra hours to meet customer needs. As a transport station customer support associate, you'll play a vital role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to ensure our clients receive their packages on time, as promised. Your work will go beyond just fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about putting smiles on our customers' faces. Key Responsibilities Managing tough customer situations while using empathy through phone and email Responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs Soliciting customer feedback to improve customer experience Reading information; using memories and experience to supplement data; willing to seek out and develop work flows and processes Looking for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines Using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer handling issues in a timely manner; collecting and analyzing data skillfully to develop alternative solutions Correctly communicating; listening and getting clarification; focusing on solving customer needs, maintaining confidentiality, and following policies and procedures Balancing team and individual responsibilities; exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views; giving and receiving feedback; contributing to building a positive team environment Committing to goals and objectives; supporting team's efforts to succeed Treating people with respect; inspiring the trust of others; upholding organizational values and goals with integrity Supporting affirmative action and respecting diversity Work Environment As a remote customer service representative, you'll be working in a virtual environment, but you may be required to work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary. You'll need to be able to: Wear, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long Operate in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures (personal protective equipment provided) Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school or equivalent degree Previous experience in customer service Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Experience with technology performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
