About the Role As an Apparel Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in creating a fun and welcoming shopping environment that showcases our products and drives sales. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized style and fit suggestions, and deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their queries, and provide tailored recommendations to ensure a personalized shopping experience. Driving Sales: Actively promote and sell Harley-Davidson merchandise, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store. Maintaining a Visually Appealing Store Environment: Ensure the store is tidy and well-merchandised, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and standards. Operating Cashier Functions: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns. Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in inventory management, stockroom organization, and other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in retail sales, food and beverage, or hospitality industries, or relevant education and training. Familiarity with POS systems and computerized inventory systems, or the ability to learn quickly. The physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs. Flexibility in your schedule, including availability to work weekends and events as needed. Bilingual skills are preferred, but not essential.
