About the Role of Lead Yoga Teacher We are seeking an exceptional Lead Yoga Teacher to join our team in Roswell, GA. As a Lead Yoga Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager and Department of Education by providing programming expertise, onboarding help, and continued coaching for our teaching roster. Key Responsibilities Teach a minimum of 5-8 yoga classes per week, covering at least 4 different formats, and maintain a consistent presence at our studio Recruit, audition, hire, coach, and develop teachers to ensure the highest quality of instruction and a cohesive team environment Review sequences submitted for non-set formats and provide constructive feedback to teachers, the General Manager, and the Department of Education Audition teachers for various class formats and audit existing teachers' classes to offer support and guidance Lead in-house format trainings and workshops to enhance teacher skills and knowledge Submit audition evaluation forms for each teacher to the studio manager and maintain accurate records Collaborate with the General Manager and Department of Education to develop and implement programming initiatives Essential Qualifications Minimum 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher (500hr Certified Teacher preferred) Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (E-RYT status preferred) Yoga Management experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience coaching and developing staff, with the ability to effectively resolve personnel issues Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Preferred Qualifications Experience with ClubReady or MindBody Online Knowledge of various yoga styles and a willingness to continue learning and growing Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others Flexibility and willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At YogaSix Roswell, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our teachers and staff.
