Job Overview As an Analytics Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our paid media examination capability, driving strategic decision-making, and optimizing our paid media spend globally. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop reporting and analyses to inform business decisions, and create KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results. Key Responsibilities Support the development of paid media examination capability to surface data-driven strategic opportunities for the Executive Leadership team. Collaborate with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop reporting and analyses to inform business decisions. Create custom reporting and analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Develop and track KPIs and scorecards to measure progress and drive an emphasis on results and execution. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
