Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will partner with Amazon advertising, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and scaling search campaigns and programmatic ad buys across Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Google Ads to meet channel business targets Driving performance and efficiency of Amazon search campaigns and DSP orders, focusing on key metrics such as ad spend, sales, ROAS, CPC, CTR, NTB%, and conversion rate Creating and executing strategic media plans for major Amazon events like Prime Day Understanding the consumer journey and marketing/sales funnel dynamics to inform campaign development and optimization Managing complex catalogs and large media budgets efficiently while meeting monthly targets Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and implementation of display content based on promotional calendar and seasonal needs Working with Amazon advertising to analyze campaign data, audit and optimize search and DSP, build and test new ad types, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Providing finance and customer support with monthly billing and reporting as required Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a quantitative discipline 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Google Ads), programmatic (Amazon DSP), and social media advertising (TikTok, Meta) Amazon Advertising (Search and DSP) and Google Ads Certification Digital Marketing agency experience supporting haircare and beauty brands is a plus Proficiency in PacVue, Helium10, and JungleScout is preferred Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with large media budgets and complex catalogs Knowledge of the haircare and beauty industry, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends Experience with data analysis and campaign optimization, with a strong understanding of key metrics and KPIs Proficiency in additional marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce or Adobe Creative Cloud Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform campaign development and optimization Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a strong knowledge of paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising A strong understanding of the consumer journey and marketing/sales funnel dynamics, with the ability to inform campaign development and optimization Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Henkel, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
