You will engage with key airline clients, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office, and requires 20-30% travel, with a preference for candidates living in large cities with airports. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Engagement: Promote and sell our specialized airline solutions to commercial passenger airlines, engaging with key clients and demonstrating the value of our proprietary platform. Product Expertise: Educate airline clients on the benefits of using our platform for passenger rebooking, corporate travel management, and crew logistics, and collaborate with airlines to enhance their corporate travel solutions. Industry Knowledge & Market Development: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing networks to grow the business and close new deals. Logistics & Operational Support: Provide expertise in moving airline crews between multiple locations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions, and understand the complexities of crew logistics. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience in the airline or travel industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven success in selling complex airline solutions, with experience working with major airlines, particularly in areas such as passenger rebooking and crew logistics. Strong knowledge of airline operations, particularly in passenger rebooking and crew logistics. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and be self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other sales tools, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and present solutions that address client needs.
