Key Responsibilities

Passenger Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient assistance to passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation processes, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
Customer Inquiries: Address customer queries and concerns promptly, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of American Airlines policies and procedures, and resolving issues effectively.
Baggage Handling: Ensure accurate handling of luggage, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve any issues promptly and minimizing delays.
Flight Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth flight operations, resolving any disruptions effectively and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
