Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled engineer with expertise in Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform to join our dynamic team as a AI Chat Agent Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and refine an AI-driven chat agent infrastructure using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and related technologies. Your primary focus will be on delivering intelligent, user-friendly solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Build, train, and refine the AI chat agent to deliver contextually appropriate, intelligent, and engaging responses, ensuring alignment with business requirements and end-user needs. Collaborate on fine-tuning and retraining AI models based on analytics, user feedback, and evolving requirements. Attend sprint planning sessions, collaborate in refining and estimating development tickets, and commit to completing assigned tickets within each sprint. Attend weekly standup meetings and use collaboration tools like Slack and Jira to align with the team on project priorities and updates. Create comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing training sessions to ensure seamless handover for ongoing maintenance. Accurately log work hours and provide detailed task updates, ensuring accountability and transparency. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents. Proficiency in customizing and fine-tuning Copilot models to meet specific business requirements. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) like GPT and integrating them with the Power Platform. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for creating intelligent workflows and conversational bots. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and securing data within the Power Platform ecosystem. Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. Preferred Skills In addition to the requirements, the following skills are highly desirable: Proficiency with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for deploying AI models and services. Experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, DynamoDB). Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: $70 - $90 USD per hour with the potential to convert to full-time in the coming months. Base compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, education, certifications, and overall experience for this role.
