Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate After-School Instructor to join our team in Hoboken, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive STEAM and Sports programs to students aged 4-18. Key Responsibilities: Guide students to explore STEAM and Sports-related activities, expanding their imaginations and teaching them valuable lessons in teamwork. Teach students the fundamentals of different activities from basic to advanced skills, ensuring they have a solid foundation for future growth. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators to ensure a smooth and successful program. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in STEM, Arts, or Sports education, with a passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives. Ability to work with students in grades K-8, with a focus on creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Efficient class management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license or State ID. Ability to lift and carry ~20-50 lbs. on an occasional basis with or without accommodations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities. Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
