Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and provide consultative support to clients and key partners

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in client relationship management and a deep understanding of the pharmacy benefit management industry. You will need to be highly motivated, client-centered, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the pharmacy benefit management industry
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Excellent client service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the pharmacy benefit management industry, including experience with prescription benefit management and pharmacy operations
Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other software applications
Business acumen and ability to analyze complex business issues and develop innovative solutions
