About the Role We're seeking an experienced Advanced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Insights and Analytics group, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business clients across the Disney Pack, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Job Responsibilities The Advanced Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for: Collaborating with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop insightful solutions to address these challenges Creating a continuous pipeline of data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth Performing in-depth pattern analysis to identify drivers of business outcomes and develop predictive models Defining and analyzing audience segments to inform business strategies and drive Pack growth Working with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources and develop a comprehensive understanding of Pack trends and drivers Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in R/Python/SAS (or other statistical analysis tools) and SQL Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques Experience working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and utilizing various data sources and tools Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data, and develop actionable recommendations Favored Capabilities While not required, experience in the following areas would be a plus: Experience working in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry What We Offer As an Advanced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: A competitive salary range of $35-$45 per hour A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs A dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about using data to drive business decisions and drive growth How to Apply If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
