**The Role**
As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models and forecasting programs to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. **Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in advanced analytics and optimization
* Mentor and develop junior team members to build their skills and expertise in advanced analytics and optimization
**Basic Qualifications**
* Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research
* Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
* Proficiency in R or Python for data mining and machine learning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining and machine learning
* Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm
* Knowledgeable in marketing or media mix modeling
* Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies
* Experience with SQL and relational databases
