As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate directly with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across a range of technologies, leveraging structured intellectual property (MIP) engagements to guide customers towards achieving a healthy and secure state. With a deep understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, design and architecture, and multi-domain forest design concepts, you will establish trusted advisor relationships and deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and value for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across a range of technologies, including Active Directory Domain Services, design and architecture, and multi-domain forest design concepts.
* Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and guide them towards achieving a healthy and secure state.
* Leverage structured intellectual property (MIP) engagements to deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics.
* Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, including privilege account best practices, delegation of permissions, and group management best practices.
* Design and implement secure Active Directory environments, including RODC (Read-Only Domain Controller) deployment and management, and basic PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
* Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues, including GPO policy processing, Sysvol and Active Directory replication, and domain controller performance.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop and implement remediation strategies to protect customer environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and solutions.
* Provide training and support to customers on Active Directory security best practices and procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in Active Directory security, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
* In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, design and architecture, and multi-domain forest design concepts.
* Experience with RODC (Read-Only Domain Controller) deployment and management, and basic PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
* Strong understanding of security best practices, including privilege account best practices, delegation of permissions, and group management best practices.
* Experience with troubleshooting complex Active Directory issues, including GPO policy processing, Sysvol and Active Directory replication, and domain controller performance.

* Strong understanding of cloud security, including Azure services, Azure Monitor, Azure Sentinel, and Defender for Endpoint.
