Executive Vice President, Renewable Energy Practice Leader

Job Description: • This role is responsible for the strategy, execution and delivery of valuation engagements from proposal preparation to project completion • You will manage the strategy for renewable energy valuation assignments and staff and develop business • You will build and lead a dynamic team of professionals to provide the highest quality appraisals and consulting solutions to our clients • You will work closely with your appraisal team to develop and drive a strategic growth plan for the practice, while producing thorough reports, meeting deadlines, and fostering client relationships • You will also work closely with our renewable energy team at our sister companies, Partner Engineering & Science Inc. (ESI) and Partner Energy, which have a robust practice already generating significant appraisal volume • We need a dynamic leader to collaborate with this team, actively pursue new opportunities and clients, and drive growth in our valuation business Requirements: • An active certified general real estate appraiser license is required • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field required • Masters in Business Administration, preferred • 8+ years of real estate valuation experience • Strong leadership and supervisory experience • Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal and the renewable energy sector • Significant cost segregation and machinery and equipment valuation experience is preferred • Existing client relationships and in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy space and asset types • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emails • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible working hours • Paid time off • Professional development opportunities
