What You’ll Do • Business Development: Build and maintain executive relationships to convert into new business opportunities. • Client care: Be a partner to high-level clients. You will consult them through profile types and the interview process. You will act as a business partner. • Candidate care: Build strong relationships with executive candidates by consulting them through the interview process. • Process: Keep searches on track by applying the necessary methods to attract the most desirable candidates for your clients. • Strategy: Operate as a strategic player internally and externally. • Mentorship: Coach associates working on your roles with you. • Assisting with candidate acquisition: Apply and use sourcing strategies to find the right candidates. • Client Experience: Travel 20-30% of the time to build client relationships (when applicable).
