Executive Assistant w/ SMM Experience

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) with strong social media management experience to support senior leadership while managing and growing our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can balance administrative responsibilities with creative digital tasks. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups Prepare reports, presentations, and documents Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Preferred Skills Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) Content writing or copywriting experience Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) Experience working remotely or in a startup environment What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible work environment Opportunity to work closely with leadership Growth and development opportunities How to Apply If you’re ready to commit, lead, and build a career with purpose, stability, and growth, we’d love to hear from you.
