Executive Assistant (Project & Task Management, Email, Calendar)

I’m the owner of a coffee shop/roastery/bakery. I have a one year old at home. Very busy and need some help keeping my head on straight.

My schedule is packed. I’m a good communicator, but I often live in my head. I have a TON of ideas that exist in my head that I simply do not have the bandwidth to execute on. I need an extremely “on it” person who is always on, proactive, and loves solving things quickly.

I view this as a potentially long term working relationship. The more you can get to know me, my psychology, my processes, etc… the better we will be and the more beneficial it will be for both of us.

I am kind, empathetic, and most people that work for me say that I am great to work for. Although I’m highly ambitious and sometimes intense, I am always kind and respectful.

I’m great at ideas and vision for companies, but my ADHD brain can use some help with execution.

The structure of this is unique. I’m expecting someone who can be available frequently and who basically lives on their phone and computer, ready to hop on in a moments notice. If you’re frequently offline or if being tied to your phone or computer is cumbersome, this isn’t for you. If unplugging is importsnt to you, this probably isn’t for you.

I work all hours of the day, and while I don’t expect you to always be actively working, I’m seeking someone who takes pride in what they do, loves being the helping hand #2 and really thrives on being available to solve problems in the moment as they come up. Generally I need availability 5am-3pm Sunday-Thursday. Again you won’t have to work every hour, but I want you available then.

You must be well versed in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, PDFs, Gmail, Google Calendar, task management, todo scheduling.

Would like to make this hire ASAP.

P.S. I hired an individual for this 2 years ago and we worked together for over a year and it was a great relationship. Many people who I hire work for me for a long time. I’m not seeking a gig worker. I’m looking for someone who can really see this is a nice part time, long term thing. Potentially full time someday.
