Job Requisition ID #25WD90021Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic EA with experience to support our Sr Director, EMEA Channel Sales. You are very flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced, sales and business-oriented environment and managing multiple tasks and is not afraid of making recommendations to create better ways of working. We ask that you high confidentiality, use of initiative, and independent judgement.You will report to our Sr Director EMEA Channel Sales, this position is remote and can be based in any of the countries where we have a presence in EMEA.ResponsibilitiesManage, prioritise, and maintain the Sr Director’s calendar, including complex calendaring, planning, and scheduling meetingsArrange travel and logistics and create expense reportsManage expectations with a variety of stakeholders (Leadership team / external stakeholders) to ensure execution / accuracyBe proactive about potential scheduling conflicts and prioritise according to what is most important to the Sr DirectorPartner with other EAs to coordinate between executives and manage trade-offs and prioritisationPartner with other EAs to align on operating rhythm and cadences for the leadership teamSchedule, plan and coordinate team events, meetings, off-sites, including organising logistics / on-site amenities and activitiesMaintain email aliases / raise POsProvide staff meeting support, including preparing agendas / presentationsInternal / external (to our partner principles) executive communication (about organisational changes / programs)Manage the Monthly all hands process (agenda / presentation / speaker)Control all travel and entertainment expenses including invoices, tracking and reporting Support of the Strategic Investment Funds Minimum Qualifications4+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced/dynamic company, ideally in a sales management or operations backgroundDemonstrated strength in written and verbal communications in EnglishExcellent interpersonal skillsDetail orientated.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, One Note, Word, and ExcelPreferred QualificationsYou feel comfortable working with senior leaders and a wide array of partners of the companyYou have experience with collaboration, quality, details and structureYou are pro-active and you show initiativeYou are a communications wizard, able to be clear, concise, and convincing in both written and spoken communicationsYou are comfortable working independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments seeking clarity when an obstacle is in your wayYou are Trustworthy, Collaborative, Accountable & FlexibleLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
