As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and promoting customer retention. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. * Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized solutions and resolving issues efficiently. * Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services. * Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer feedback. * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required. * Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries. * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. * Performing other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * Bilingual skills are a plus. * Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry. * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar. * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Some experience with MS Excel is a plus. * The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations. **Benefits Program** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits program that includes: * Competitive wages, with a starting salary of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus commission. * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available. * Vacation and sick time. * 401K benefits. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
