💼 The Role

You'll Get To Wear Many Hats
- Part receptionist (making sure clients get white-glove service)
- Part executive right hand (keeping the COO focused and organized)
- Part entrepreneur-in-training (jumping into marketing, tech, and operations whenever needed)
🔑 What You'll Do
- Be the first friendly face (or voice) for clients - answering calls, emails, and messages
- Keep the COO's calendar running like a well-oiled machine
- Manage and prioritize inbox communications
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive touchpoints and follow-ups
- Dive into projects across marketing, CRM updates, and tech tools - and pick up new skills along the way
- Bachelor's degree preferred (recent grads encouraged to apply!)
- Natural communicator - clear, professional, and approachable
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Quick learner who thrives without constant hand-holding
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving instincts
- Tech-curious - comfortable learning new tools fast
- Bonus: Interest in marketing, startups, or tech
