Summary The Events Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of regional and national events, including tradeshows and conferences. This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity for Marketing majors interested in event marketing, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. By assisting with event coordination and related marketing activities, the intern will play an important role in ensuring successful event execution and supporting broader marketing objectives. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and execution of regional and national tradeshows and events Support event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and on-site preparation Help manage pre-event and post-event activities, including attendee lists, lead tracking, and follow-up coordination Assist with the creation and organization of event-related marketing materials and collateral Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support event success Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed Assist with basic reporting and data organization related to event performance Execute additional event marketing and administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited four-year college or university (Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn Salesforce experience is a plus but not required The Events Marketing Intern position is part of the larger Summer Internship program at CentralSquare. The internship will commence on June 8th and continue for a period of 12 weeks. Interns are expected to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours each week. The program is fully remote, allowing participants to engage in their responsibilities from any location. CentralSquare Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
