Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities are Lead Qualification and Sales Support:Prospect and qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria before passing them on to the Event Sales Executives.Ask intelligent questions, gather relevant event information, assess lead suitability and provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead qualification processProvide support to clients after the Sales Executives have confirmed the deal, ensuring smooth event coordination and customer satisfaction
Lead QualificationReceive and review leads via phone calls, live chat, and web form, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.Contact leads via phone calls to prospect and qualify them according to our criteria.Assess lead information provided to determine if the lead meets the minimum requirements.
Sales SupportCollaborate with the Sales Executives to facilitate a smooth handover of converted leads to the event support stage.Provide event details to the clients, including date, time, venue, address, number of participants, activity, and add-ons.Assist in creating invoices, waiver forms, and event schedules for confirmed deals.Coordinate venue bookings and any necessary add-ons for events.Maintain effective communication channels with clients, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the event coordination process.Ensure that client payments are processed correctly and monitor payment status.Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure the successful execution of events and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality industry) and customer service will be preferredMeticulous and great attention to detailsHighly organized with good time management skillsStrong communication skills - verbal, written and presentationsStrong command of EnglishAble to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProactive and can solve problems independentlyWork well with others as a good team playerDemonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus
