Apply here and send your resume to [email protected] Growing Multibillion Dollar ETF Issuer | ETF Operations Manager • Comp: 170,000–200,000 base + 35–50% target bonus (250,000–300,000 total) • Location: Remote preferred | Fairfield, CT or Miami, FL offices The Role Lead day-to-day ETF operations across a lean, expanding platform. Oversee trust operations, NAV oversight, vendor management, and process controls while supporting new launches and continuous improvements. Key Focus • Manage daily creations/redemptions, settlements, reconciliations, and NAV validation • Liaise with custodians, fund admins, and transfer agents to resolve breaks • Maintain SOPs and reporting packages for leadership • Enhance automation, scalability, and control frameworks • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Portfolio Management across fund lifecycle events You Bring • 4-7+ years ETF operations or fund admin experience within an issuer, admin, or custodian • Strong command of ETF mechanics, reconciliations, and data integrity Nice to Have • ETF launch experience, derivatives or option-income familiarity, and light automation skills (SQL/Python). • Vendor management and process-control mindset • Working knowledge of Eze OMS, Bloomberg PORT, or similar systems • Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, growth-stage environment Apply Apply here and send your resume to [email protected] Apply tot his job
