Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney to join their team on a remote, long-term engagement.This opportunity is expected to last 6+ months and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Role Details • Start: ASAP • Duration: 6+ months, with potential to become permanent • Location:Remote (ideal candidates able to commute to the office occasionally) • Hours: Full-time • Pay Rate: Starting at $70 hourly, commensurate with experience Responsibilities • Conduct estate planning meetings with clients • Customize, proof, and tailor estate plans based on client needs • Handle post-death administration matters, including: • Meeting with trustees and beneficiaries • Answering questions and providing legal guidance • Preparing and reviewing related legal documents Requirements • Active license to practice law in California • Experience in estate planning and trust administration • Strong client communication and drafting skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Diversity and inclusion is a core part of our Ways of Working, and we celebrate and embrace it.
