As we scale across global markets, we are seeking a Business Transformation & Process Optimization Lead to drive operational excellence and support the company’s rapid growth. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at improving workflows, and understands how to guide teams through complex operational changes. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end business process re-engineering initiatives to streamline operations across product, sales, customer success, and partnerships. • Design and implement data-driven operational frameworks that improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support global scaling. • Develop change management strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and technology across the organization. • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvements. • Establish clear performance KPIs and oversee tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization activities. • Evaluate existing workflows and build new SOPs that enhance productivity and alignment as the company expands. • Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, global expansion, and cross-departmental integration projects. • Communicate operational insights and performance results directly to senior leadership. What You Bring • 7+ years of experience in business process re-engineering, operational excellence, management consulting, or transformation roles within tech, SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or enterprise environments. • A proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives that improved efficiency, reduced costs, or accelerated growth. • Strong capability in diagnosing operational bottlenecks, mapping workflows, and redesigning systems using industry frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen — certification a plus). • Demonstrated success driving change management at scale, including stakeholder alignment, training, communication planning, and adoption tracking. • Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI design, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or internal analytics. • Ability to build scalable SOPs, governance models, and operational playbooks for rapidly expanding teams and global operations. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executives, engineers, and operational teams — even without direct authority. • Hands-on experience in fast-growth or high-velocity environments, balancing strategic vision with execution speed. • Deep interest in AI-driven automation, digital transformation, and real estate innovation — and enthusiasm for shaping the operational backbone of a company working on national-scale development impact.
