Provide support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions.
Work directly with clients and their borrowers to address title-related items such as judgments and tax liens.
Prepare and review documents for closing transactions.
Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed.
Experience you will need:
This is a very entry-level position as an Escrow Assistant.
Escrow and Real Estate experience not required.
Open to candidates with Mortgage Admin or related experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Detail orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office suite.
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in a related real estate or title field preferred, but not required.
