What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process
- Work with borrowers and lenders to obtain necessary items to clear title
- Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
- Communicate requirements and information to clients regarding transactions
- Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare all necessary documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of escrow-related experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
- Strong detail orientation and ability to maintain professionalism at all times
