ERP Strategic Business Technical and Data Lead, Principal

About the position

The ERP Business Analyst Principal will serve as the strategic visionary for the 1LMX program at Lockheed Martin, focusing on leading data strategy, cutover activities, and enterprise business planning within the Financial and Business Operations (F&BO) organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that master data management aligns with future state functional reporting requirements and involves collaboration with IT to maintain a seamless digital thread across the organization.

Responsibilities
• Represent the F&BO organization for all master data to ensure functional reporting requirements are met.

• Lead cutover activities to ensure data is moved and validated appropriately during go-live.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for data movement within the organization.

• Collaborate with IT to provide technical influence and deep knowledge of tools within Lockheed Martin's ecosystem.

• Develop strategy and vision for data element interaction and flow within the LM ecosystem.

Requirements
• Strategic business analysis skills to drive data strategy efficiencies.

• Deep understanding of COTS financial tools such as SAP and Oracle EPM.

• Experience with cutover activities in complex implementations.
,
• Ability to integrate and communicate effectively between F&BO and IT organizations.
,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with executive audiences.
