ERP Data Analyst - Grants & Compliance
As an ERP Data Analyst for Grants & Compliance, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, cleansing, and communicating data from various County departments on grant and project-related activity. This position is required to ensure the Oracle Cloud Project will be successfully implemented by supporting fully allocated Grants & Compliance resources.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ā Review and analyze complex bodies of data.
Ā Compare and access multiple document types such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and text documents.
Ā Field interdepartmental requests.
Ā Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Ā Create and assist in creating templates, form reports, and analyses.
Ā Generate output from single or multiple systems.
Ā Troubleshoot the processes, techniques, and systems used to generate, transition, and coagulate data.
Ā Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
Ā Guide end-users on relevant processes and output.
Ā Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
Ā Advanced capabilities in using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ā Excellent analytical skills.
Ā The ability to work under tight deadlines
Ā Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
Ā Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
Ā Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
