Paralegal/Legal Assistant-Virtual
This is a part-time position with flexible hours and opportunity for advancement to fulltime. and also profit sharing/bonuses. The position is Ideal for someone who enjoys earning new things, niche real estate markets and law and legal gray areas.
You can work from anywhere in the world. There is no need to come into the office. But you need experience in California law; state law only, not Federal. If you are in a state or country outside of California you will be able to work in your time zone most of the time however, there will be times when you need to meet on zoom from 0900 to 1700 Pacific Standard Time (California time zone).
The pay is commensurate with experience and there is great opportunity to learn about real estate and real estate law and earn more money from bonuses. Your specific duties will be to help prepare trial binders, organize virtual files, a lot case research and finding relevant citations, online filing of complaints and other documents, and organizing virtual files, paperwork, notes, etc.
