In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to implement and support ERP systems while also leading projects end-to-end.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of ERP consulting and the client-facing, strategic side of project leadership.What You’ll DoPartner with clients to understand business processes and define ERP solution requirementsImplement and support ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, AX, NAV, or GP)Lead ERP projects from planning through go-live, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metConfigure systems, support data migration, testing, and user acceptanceDevelop specifications for custom applications and integrationsParticipate in pre-sales activities, including demos and proposal developmentManage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional consulting servicesCollaborate with internal teams and mentor junior team membersFollow Calsoft’s project methodology and ensure documentation is complete and accurateWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field2+ years of ERP or related experienceExperience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365, AX, NAV, or GP preferred)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNative-level Spanish (written and spoken)Business-level English (written and spoken)Ability to travel frequently to client sites in Mexico and the U.S.Nice to HaveExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or service industriesExperience leading projects or mentoring team membersAbility to recommend and implement process improvementsInterest in contributing to internal processes and organizational growthWork Environment & TravelPrimarily remote role based in MexicoFrequent travel to client sites (Mexico & U.S.), including occasional overnight or extended staysOpportunity to collaborate with international teams and clientsWhy Join CalsoftEmployee-owned company (ESOP) – you share in the company’s successB Corp-certified – we value purpose alongside profitCollaborative, team-oriented cultureOpportunities for growth, learning, and leadershipExposure to diverse clients and projects across industries
