Traders will trade firm capital and will be paid on their performance. The role involves executing trading strategies, managing risk, and analyzing market trends to identify profitable opportunities. Daily responsibilities include utilizing proprietary methodologies, applying discipline to trading decisions, and monitoring market movements to adapt strategies. Traders will leverage Maverick’s provided tools and support to pursue consistent, long-term profitability. Qualifications • Expertise in Options Strategies, Hedging, and Market Making • Proficiency in Technical Analysis • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on risk management • Disciplined work ethic and the ability to adapt to market dynamics • Prior trading experience is helpful, but not required • Commitment to training, building rule-based systems, and developing trading discipline Apply tot his job
