[Remote] Data Migration Specialist

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will manage the data migration process during customer onboarding, ensuring historical investment data is accurately translated into the InvestNext system while collaborating with customers and internal teams for long-term success. Responsibilities Manage and execute data migrations within the client onboarding process, gathering, analyzing, and processing client historical data during each migration, and following up with the client to ensure onboarding timelines are met Provide customer training to ensure they understand the way they would interact with the system to achieve their goals Support the creation of onboarding support assets for current and new customers Create Excel import templates based on provided historical investment data Build out Macros and automation to simplify the data import process to create efficiency and support continuous improvement efforts Provide feedback to the Product team on potential changes or improvements gathered from customer interactions Participate in Customer Experience departmental meetings to share project priorities and communicate any roadblocks to the team Join sales demos to help scope and set expectations for customer data migrations as needed Conduct quality checks on the conversion of sponsor and investor data imported into InvestNext’s Platform Track KPIs and metrics to gauge the overall health of new onboarding customers Skills Incredibly strong Excel competency Experience in a professional or secondary education financial environment Experience with data migration, creating Macros and automation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills A natural ability to teach folks, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and empathy Personal organization and project management skills, owning a process from start to finish Familiarity with CRM and project management software Professional experience supporting a technical product, such as SaaS or other software in a data-related capacity Experience as an analyst or associate in an investment management firm Benefits Fully remote work, within the US and Canada Robust 99% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k with 100% employer match, up to 4% of your annual salary Generous monthly allowance to support your wellness and remote work Uncapped paid time off, with a required minimum to support our team’s work-life balance and help avoid burnout 11 company-wide holidays per year 16 weeks of paid parental leave Travel to spend time with the team, including company-wide offsites Laptop of choice Company Overview InvestNext is a real estate investment management platform that offers administrative expenses and portfolio management for investors.
