As an Equity Research Trainee, you will receive 1:1 guidance on sourcing investment ideas, macroeconomics, building financial models, and communicating investment opportunities.
Most importantly, you will receive mentorship from leaders in the field we have a mentor board with mentors from top asset managers, private equity firms, and investment banks.

This current cohort is a significant upgrade of their experience, and we're constantly improving the program.
