Equity Research Analyst Fellowship (Global)
Program Summary
The Equity Research Analyst Fellowship is a 6 month, performance driven program for final year students and fresh graduates who want to build real buy-side experience in global public markets. This is a remote role.
Five fellows will be selected for this program, who will:
Research global public companies across AI, fintech, blockchain, and technologyDevelop investment memos. Build and maintain structured datasetsTrack company KPIs and earnings performanceContribute to investor decks and partner materialsSupport LinkedIn thought leadership and research distributionAssist in developing internal screening and adoption-tracking tools
At the end of 6 months, the top 2 performing fellows will be offered full-time investment roles at Plutus21 Capital.
Key Responsibilties:
Develop structured Investment Memos and ReportsAnalyze earnings transcripts, regulatory filings, and investor disclosuresEvaluate valuation frameworks, forward multiples, and capital allocation strategyAssess competitive positioning, industry structure, and adoption dynamicsBuild, clean, and maintain research datasets using PythonTrack and interpret key operating and financial metrics (growth, margins, engagement, monetization, unit economics)Design structured tracking systems and analytical dashboardsContribute to the development of proprietary screening and research frameworksMonitor global equity markets and sector developmentsTrack structural trends across AI, blockchain, fintech, and technologyProduce concise research briefs and periodic market updatesContribute to investor reports and research publicationsSupport development of research visuals and analytical exhibitsAssist in communicating investment insights clearly and professionally
Qualifications
Final-year undergraduate students or fresh graduatesBackground in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Political Science, or related fieldsStrong analytical thinkingClear and concise writing abilityBasic to intermediate Python knowledgeInterest in global markets and technology companiesWillingness to learn financial modeling and valuationBackground in Finance is not required
