Prophet 21 Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Prophet 21 Specialist to optimize our enterprise resource planning systems and enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SQL and Epicor, with an emphasis on improving efficiency and accuracy within our operations.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze and improve existing ERP systems and configurations.
ā¢ Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from ERP databases.
ā¢ Provide user support and training for ERP system users.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
ā¢ Document system processes, configurations, and training materials.
ā¢ Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
ā¢ Manage inventory data and support supply chain management initiatives.
ā¢ Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on business performance.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
ā¢ Proven experience with SQL and Epicor Prophet 21 ERP systems.
ā¢ Familiarity with business process management and data analysis techniques.
ā¢ Experience in database management and reporting tools.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills for effective user support and training.
ā¢ Knowledge of additional ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.
