This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of the Epic software and the unique needs of specialty pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Implementation and Optimization:
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and IT teams to implement the Epic Compass Rose module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and pharmacy workflow.
Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure accurate and efficient functionality.
Customize and configure the module to meet the specific needs of specialty pharmacy services, including medication management, patient care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute optimization strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize the Epic Compass Rose module to generate and analyze data related to specialty pharmacy operations, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to pharmacy leadership and other stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including pharmacy staff, IT professionals, clinical teams, and administration, to ensure seamless integration and operation of the Epic Compass Rose module.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree or PharmD is preferred.
Certification in either Epic Compass Rose or Healthy Planet with Compass Rose badge.
Experience with pharmacy operations preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
