We are seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) Analyst to support our continued growth and commitment to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Job Summary
The Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) Analyst functions under the direction of the Application Manager and provides intermediate system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications. This includes installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support for operating systems, software, hardware, and reporting tools.

This role requires strong systems analysis skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. The Analyst will lead and participate in project planning sessions, establish project goals and milestones, and manage projects with varying levels of complexity.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication and customer-service skills, working collaboratively with Xtensys staff, operational departments, clinical teams, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and optimization of the Beaker module.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide intermediate system-level support for Epic Beaker and related clinical/financial applications.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and support application software, hardware, and reporting tools.
• Participate in and lead project planning sessions, contributing to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects and support larger project initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure system optimization and user satisfaction.
• Deliver training, education, and guidance to end users and operational departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while promoting excellent customer service.
• Partner closely with internal Xtensys teams and external departments to achieve project goals.

Who You Are & What You’ll Bring
• 2–4+ years of experience supporting Epic Beaker applications.
• Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis and workflow evaluation.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodology.
• Experience supporting multi-user clinical or financial applications in a healthcare environment. Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Education/Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (preferred).
• Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology Certification (required).
• Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology Certification (preferred).

Travel Requirements
• Up to 25% (this includes ‘go-live’ implementations)
Physical Requirements
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
