The RoleWe are opening expressions of interest for a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager, This role will focus primarily on implementations and onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from sale to full platform adoption for our clients. Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end presales and implementation projects from kick-off to go-liveDevelop and execute detailed project plans tailored to each customer's needsConfigure the CorePlan platform to meet specific customer requirementsConduct thorough data migration and validation processesDesign and deliver customised training programs for various user rolesManage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time, successful deploymentsCollaborate virtually with our global team to address customer-specific needsCreate and maintain project best practices and playbooksProvide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and resolve any issuesConduct regular check-ins and health checks with assigned accountsWork autonomously while maintaining strong communication with the teamYou will thrive in this role if you have:Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaSBachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)Proven track record of successfully implementing complex software solutionsStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsTechnical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologiesExperience working in a global team environment and collaborating across time zonesProblem-solving mindset with a talent for finding creative solutions to customer challengesExperience with CRM and project management toolsExperience in mining industry will be helpful but not necessary Why our team love working hereHighâimpact role in a productâled, fastâgrowing company expanding internationally.Close partnership with customers who deeply care about what we build.Supportive, outcomeâdriven team with plenty of autonomy.Access to EAP mental health & wellbeing services for you and immediate family members Ready for your next adventure?If you are keen to bring your A-game to a tech-forward startup, we invite you to submit an expression of interest with your CV and cover letter.Have questions?
